CONTACT THE HOTEL STAFF

Respected guests, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible in our hotel, to get everything you need in the best and fastest possible way.

This is why we have implemented a top-notch system for contacting our staff and services.

The contact button is always present on the Home screen in the lower right corner (You can enlarge each image below by clicking on it, it is especially recommended for mobile screens)

When you click on the communication sign, icons for 5 communication channels will appear: Viber, Whats App, Standard telephone line, Contact form and Email.

Choose which communication channel you want to use, click on the icon and establish spoken or written communication, using multimedia if necessary.

NOTE: In this demo example there is only one contact per channel. In complex variants, you can choose which department you want to contact (Reception, Sales, Maintenance, Restaurant, Laundry):

You select, for example, Reception and the channels that are exclusively for the reception are opened. 

The guest chooses the communication channel he wants (Viber in our case) and sees the following big advantage: instead of establishing a connection immediately, he has the possibility to choose who he wants to talk to through a pop-up window with all available agents:

The guest simply clicks on the picture/text of the agent he wants to contact and gets a Viber screen from which he can directly call the agent, send a message, chat, send a photo, video, etc. Therefore, it cannot happen that he gets a person who is not competent for his request or does not speak his language.

It is exactly the same thing for any other communication channel, such as WhatsApp, Phone…

Below you can see examples for various variants, for example, you call a certain department and want a person who speaks a certain language. In the first example, the guest has chosen, for example, Reception, WhatsApp as a channel and gets a screen where he can choose who he wants to communicate with.

The screenshot below shows a simpler variant where the guest has chosen a channel and directly chooses which department he wants.
